Xingju User Data Deletion Instructions

1. Submit a Deletion Request

Xingju currently accepts data deletion requests by email; no public API call or separate portal login is required. Send the request using the email address associated with your Xingju account:

• Send the request to xuguangming@8000gp.com
• Use the subject “Platform Data Deletion Request”
• Provide the email address associated with your Xingju account
• Identify the platform whose data should be deleted, such as Google/YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram
• Provide the connected account name, channel name, open_id, or account ID

To prevent unauthorized deletion, we may request additional information solely to verify account ownership.

2. Data We Delete

After verification, we will delete data controlled by Xingju and associated with the authorized account, including:

• Platform access tokens and authorization information
• Platform account identifiers and basic profile information
• Page or professional account information
• Content and content metadata
• Comments and engagement data
• Messages, conversations, and attachment metadata
• Analytics and performance data
• Operational records associated with the authorized account that are not legally required to be retained

3. Processing Time

For a direct request to delete YouTube Authorized Data, we act as soon as possible and complete deletion no later than 7 calendar days after receiving a complete request and verifying the requester’s identity.

If you disconnect YouTube access in Xingju, we immediately revoke the applicable token with Google and delete YouTube Authorized Data stored under that consent as soon as possible and no later than 7 calendar days. If you revoke Xingju access through Google security settings, no separate email is required; we detect the revocation through periodic authorization checks and delete the related YouTube API data as soon as possible and no later than 30 calendar days after confirming the revocation. Meta and TikTok Platform Data deletion requests are handled promptly and generally completed within 30 days. For requests submitted by email, we notify the requester by email when processing is complete.

If applicable law, security obligations, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution requires us to retain certain information, it will be retained only for the necessary period and will no longer be used for normal product operations.

4. Revoke Google/YouTube Access

You may disconnect your YouTube account in Xingju or revoke Google/YouTube platform authorization through the Google security settings page below. Either method prevents future Xingju access. Xingju processes previously stored YouTube API data within the time periods stated in Section 3 without requiring a separate email. You may also submit a direct deletion request under Section 1.

You may also review or revoke Xingju access through the Google security settings page.

Deleting data stored by Xingju does not automatically delete videos, comments, or other data that remains on YouTube. To delete data on YouTube, use YouTube or another authorized YouTube API client.

5. Revoke TikTok Access

You may disconnect your TikTok account in Xingju and may also revoke Xingju platform authorization through TikTok’s app permission management interface. To delete TikTok data previously stored by Xingju, submit an email request under Section 1.

6. Revoke Facebook/Instagram Access

You may revoke access by going to Facebook “Settings & privacy” → “Settings” → “Apps and websites,” selecting Xingju, and choosing “Remove.”

Removing Xingju from Meta revokes future platform access. To delete Facebook/Instagram Platform Data previously stored by Xingju, submit an email request under Section 1. We also process valid deletion instructions sent to us by Meta in accordance with its platform requirements.

You can manage or remove Xingju through Facebook Apps and Websites settings.
